M&W Organic Tallow was born out of a deep respect for heritage ranching and honest food. Our tallow is rendered from cattle raised in the rolling grasslands of Sonoita, Arizona — where wide-open skies and clean pastures still define how things are done.

We work exclusively with organic, grass-fed, grain-finished cattle that are never treated with antibiotics or added hormones, supporting local ranchers who share our values. Every jar is rendered slowly and with care — the old way — to preserve the purity, flavor, and integrity of the fat.

This isn’t a trend. It’s a return to what’s always worked.
